Zohari Resonance (“the App”) is a sound-based resonance and wellness exploration tool developed by CJ Development (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what information the App accesses, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

By installing or using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information stored locally on your device

The following data is created and stored exclusively on your device using Android SharedPreferences. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party:

• Practice history: Selected frequencies, session durations, therapy selections, and progress data.
• App preferences: Language selection, display settings, notification preferences, and unlocked content.
• Cached content: News feed items and video metadata are cached locally for offline access.

2.2 Camera data

The App requests camera permission solely for the heart-rate (pulse) measurement feature. When you activate this feature, the camera sensor data is processed in real time on your device to estimate your heart rate. Specifically:

• No photographs or video are captured, recorded, or stored.
• No camera data is transmitted to any server.
• No biometric templates or health records are created.
• You may revoke camera permission at any time through your device settings without affecting other App functionality.

2.3 Information collected by third-party SDKs

The App integrates the following third-party services, which may collect certain data as described in their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob & User Messaging Platform

We display advertisements through Google AdMob. Google may collect:

• Advertising ID (resettable device identifier)
• IP address (may be used to estimate general location for ad relevance)
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

We use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present consent options where required (e.g., under GDPR or applicable regulations). You may manage your ad preferences or withdraw consent at any time through the App or your device’s ad settings.

Google Play Services

The App uses Google Play Services for core functionality including ad serving and Cast support. Google Play Services may collect device identifiers and usage data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Google ML Kit (On-Device Translation)

The App uses Google ML Kit for on-device text translation. Translation models are downloaded to and run on your device. The text you translate is not sent to Google servers when using on-device translation.

• To provide and personalize frequency recommendations and therapy sessions based on your local practice history.
• To display advertisements through Google AdMob.
• To allow you to cast audio to compatible devices via Google Cast.
• To provide in-app content translation via on-device ML Kit models.
• To deliver practice reminders through local notifications (scheduled on-device).

4. Data Storage and Security

All user-generated data (preferences, practice history, cached content) is stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences and internal storage. We do not operate backend servers and do not transmit this data anywhere.

Because data is stored only on your device, its security depends on your device’s own security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your device software up to date.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third party. The only data that leaves your device is:

• Information collected by Google AdMob as described in Section 2.3, subject to your consent choices.
• Standard network requests to load ad content, news feeds, and translation models.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Delete all data: Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data from your device.
• Clear app data: You can clear the App’s data through your device settings at any time.
• Ad personalization: You can opt out of personalized advertisements through your device’s advertising settings, or manage consent through the Google consent dialog presented by the App.
• Camera permission: You may grant or revoke camera access at any time in your device settings. The App will continue to function without it; only the pulse measurement feature requires it.
• Notifications: You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have additional rights including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data, as well as the right to object to processing. Since the App stores data locally on your device and we do not collect personal data on our servers, you exercise these rights by managing your device settings or uninstalling the App. For ad-related data processed by Google, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Ads Settings.

The legal basis for processing through Google AdMob is your consent, collected via the Google User Messaging Platform consent dialog.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at the address below and we will take steps to remove such information.

8. Permissions Explained

The App requests the following Android permissions:

• Internet & Network State: Required to load advertisements, news content, and translation models.
• Camera: Used exclusively for real-time heart-rate estimation. No images are stored or transmitted.
• Vibrate: Provides haptic feedback during sessions.
• Modify Audio Settings: Required for audio focus management during frequency playback.
• Notifications: Used to send local practice reminders that you schedule within the App.
• Schedule Exact Alarm & Boot Completed: Ensures scheduled practice reminders persist across device restarts.

Zohari Resonance is a resonance exploration and sound wellness tool. It does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The frequencies and sessions are based on published research and independent analysis, but individual responses may vary. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
